We just talked to Kara Leong of TurtleTree She’s here to break down the complex topic of cell-based food, something not plant-based, but not really animal-based either. Lab grown food will certainly be part of our future, but how can we get comfortable eating it? Cell-based food, or cellular agriculture, is another way of producing food outside the traditional methods of raising crops in the ground or keeping land and raising livestock.
